Solar Innovations attraction to build on debut success at Installer Show!

  • The 2024 Solar Innovations feature will again be supported by Solar Energy UK and MCS
  • InstallerSHOW takes place at NEC Birmingham from 25-27 June 2024

Following a successful debut at the 2023 event, InstallerSHOW is thrilled to announce that its Solar Innovations attraction will be returning in 2024. The feature is designed to give visitors the information and tools they need to succeed in the growing solar sector, which is vital for decarbonising UK homes and businesses.

Supported once again by Solar Energy UK and MCS, Solar Innovations will incorporate interactive demo sessions to boost attendees’ knowledge in the solar space.

Sturge Mazzocchi, Head of Partnerships & Business Development at Solar Energy UK said: “InstallerSHOW 2023 demonstrated a clear appetite among visitors for greater understanding of clean energy systems, given the record number of smaller-scale rooftop installations expected this year. Building on that success in 2024 is a logical next step.”

Martyn Raine, Sector Skills Manager at MCS added: “The need to upskill the industry to meet demand will only increase and InstallerSHOW has proved to be a great vehicle to reach significant numbers of potential solar contractors.”

Mike Costain, Managing Director at Lyrical Communications, added: “The buzz around the inaugural Solar Innovations feature was clear for all to see, and we’re delighted to be able to enhance our offering as we continue to drive the Net Zero agenda in conjunction with key stakeholders.”

In addition to MCS and Solar Energy UK, InstallerSHOW’s expanded focus on the solar sector in 2024 is backed by leading industry names including City Plumbing, SKE, CEF, NAPIT, Solfinity, Efficienzy and Midsummer.
